Effective from: 10 October 2026
These Terms set out the rules for using the xentim.com website and the free services provided electronically: the contact form ("Book a demo") and the free demo analysis of a recording. At this stage the Site does not offer paid services, user accounts or subscriptions.
To use the Site you need: a device with internet access, a current browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and an active email address. To use the recording analysis, a video file in mp4, mov, webm, mkv, m4v or 3gp format, up to 300 MB, is required.
The Services use artificial intelligence models for image analysis (including detecting and describing objects and events). Results are of an auxiliary nature and may contain errors; they should not be the sole basis for decisions with significant consequences. The Provider does not use facial recognition or biometric identification.
Complaints about the Services may be submitted to contact@xentim.com. A complaint should include a description of the matter and contact details. The Provider handles complaints within 14 days. Generally applicable law applies to Consumers and Entrepreneurs with consumer rights.
A Consumer and an Entrepreneur with consumer rights has the right to withdraw from the agreement for the provision of a Service within 14 days. If performance of the Service (e.g. the recording analysis) begins at their express request before the withdrawal period expires, they acknowledge that they will lose the right of withdrawal once the Service is fully performed (Art. 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). The Services are free of charge, so withdrawal does not involve any payment obligation.
The Provider makes efforts to keep the Site working correctly but, for free Services, does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The provisions of this section do not limit the rights of Consumers or Entrepreneurs with consumer rights arising from law.
The Site, its content, the "Xentim" mark and the software are the property of the Provider or are used by it under appropriate rights and are legally protected.
The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy.
A Consumer may use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims, including through a consumer ombudsman and the European Commission's ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
The Provider may change these Terms for important reasons (e.g. legal changes or changes to the scope of the Services). The amended Terms apply from the moment they are made available on the Site, respecting Users' acquired rights.
Matters not regulated herein are governed by Polish law. This provision does not deprive a Consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their habitual residence. These Terms are effective from 10 October 2026.
